Consultation length: 30 minutes for all consultation types offered through the Site.
Consultation length is 30 minutes. When that time ends, the consultation ends. If further consultation is needed, a new consultation must be booked.
Consultation types, prices, and response times
Standard Consultation

- Consultation length: 30 minutes
- Expected response time: within 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation.
Urgent Consultation
- Current price: $40
- Consultation length: 30 minutes
- Expected response time: within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
Emergency Consultation
- Current price: $60
- Consultation length: 30 minutes
- Emergency consultation requests are handled as immediately as reasonably possible after payment confirmation.
Response times are expected times and not an absolute guarantee in every circumstance. The final amount charged at payment is determined by the server.
How consultations are delivered
Consultations may take place according to options available on the Site, such as written chat, a call, or available messaging channels the customer chooses among the displayed options.
Booking the appointment
After payment is completed and the order is confirmed, a consultation slot is reserved for the customer. Payment means reserving dedicated consultation time.
Non-attendance
The customer is responsible for attending or being available via the agreed communication method at the scheduled time. Customer non-attendance or unavailability at the scheduled time may result in the slot being treated as used, because time was reserved in advance.
No additional undisclosed penalties are charged beyond what is stated in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Rescheduling
The customer may contact us to request rescheduling. Reschedule requests depend on availability and appointment circumstances, and are not confirmed until Velonex Group confirms them.
No reschedule fee is charged at this time.

For services such as website design, app design, and other digital services, scope of work, price, timeline, number of revisions, and project requirements must be defined before the project starts according to the service or agreed offer.
